The whole caboodle! We have time for in-depth birth planning and a lot of postpartum support. Ideal for families who do not have additional support.

Full support during labor and birth (I only leave after you and baby are settled)
On call 24/7 from 38 weeks
Text and phone support during pregnancy and 6 weeks postpatum
Continuity of care

x1 in person pregnancy visits at your home (birth planning only)
x1 in person postnatal visits at your home or in hospital (birth debrief)

Any additional 2 hour* visits can be added for $200 per visit

On call 24/7 from 38 weeks

Any additional 2 hour* visits can be added for $150 per visit

*In person visits go for about 1-2 hours depending on the needs of the family on that day. With additional paid visits I schedule to stay for the full 2 hours.

Virtual Doula Packages cost the same as above. However, the in-person visits are replaced by video calls and birth attendance will be via zoom or similar app, phone call, voice notes etc. Please contact me so we can discuss your specific needs.

Chiropractic appointment costs are not included in the doula packages. This is a separate fee paid to the clinic at your Chiro appointment.
