As a doula, I am here to accompany you on the beautiful journey into parenthood.

Here is a bit about my journey...

My Story

I come from a big family. I am the youngest of 8 children and my mom was one of 8 children as well. I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and I started an exciting new chapter when I moved to Brisbane at the age of 19. My interests in health and wellness led me to study to become a chiropractor. This training not only equipped me with a deep understanding of the body but also ignited my desire to support others through their unique journeys.

I worked as a family chiropractor for some time while studying to get my DACCP (paediatric chiro studies). In the meantime I got married to my fantastic partner and a little while later... We were expecting!!

What a transformative time that was! Soon after welcoming our beautiful baby girl, life took another exciting turn when we discovered I was pregnant again just 3 months later. Oh, boy! Now with two babies to cuddle my life has developed a whole new rhythm and meaning. This whirlwind of motherhood inspired me to become a doula and help others as I realized the profound impact of support during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

She was not expecting to have another baby so soon!

Through my journey I have come to appreciate both the deep joy and the challenges of welcoming a new life into your family.

Whether you choose a home birth or a hospital setting, I offer personalized support that aligns with your unique needs and values. My approach encompasses prenatal and labor assistance, as well as postpartum care, helping you to navigate each moment with confidence and grace.

I am also a family chiropractor and I offer optional treatment to families by appointment both before and after baby is born. Together, we will create a warm and supportive environment that celebrates the gift of life and the joy of parenthood.
